Overview

Our Turbidity Remover is a high-efficiency liquid coagulant designed to reduce suspended solids and improve the clarity of wastewater in various industrial and municipal treatment systems. Based on a specially formulated water-soluble polymer blend, it offers rapid floc formation, effective turbidity reduction, and enhanced solid-liquid separation—without relying on traditional inorganic coagulants.

It is widely used in textile, dyeing, paper, sugar, chemical, and food processing industries, ensuring reliable performance across a broad range of wastewater conditions.

Chemical Identity

  • Appearance: Clear to pale yellow liquid

  • Nature: Cationic polymer blend

  • Solubility: Completely soluble in water

  • pH Range (Product): 4.0 – 7.0

  • Specific Gravity (25°C): 1.05 – 1.15

  • Ionic Charge: Medium to strong cationic

Key Features

  • Efficient Turbidity Reduction: Rapidly removes suspended solids and colloidal particles

  • Fast and Stable Flocculation: Promotes quick floc growth for easy sedimentation or floatation

  • Low Sludge Volume: Produces compact, easily separable sludge

  • Broad pH Compatibility: Effective across a wide pH range (5.0 – 10.0)

  • Non-corrosive and Safe to Handle: Environmentally conscious solution with no heavy metals

Applications

  • Effluent Treatment Plants (ETP & CETP): Ideal for primary and tertiary wastewater clarification

  • Textile & Dyeing Units: Removes fine solids and improves water clarity before discharge or reuse

  • Paper Industry: Clarifies white water and reduces turbidity in process water streams

  • Sugar Industry: Enhances settling of suspended impurities in juice and wastewater streams

  • Food and Beverage Plants: Assists in removing solids from wash waters and process effluents

Usage Guidelines

  1. Dilution: Dilute with 10–20 parts water before application for uniform dispersion

  2. Dosage: Typical dose ranges from 10 to 100 ppm, based on water quality. Jar testing recommended

  3. Application: Add to the influent with proper mixing for optimal contact and floc formation

  4. Separation: Allow settling in clarifier or flotation tank as per system design

Packaging and Storage

  • Packaging Options: 50 kg HDPE drums, 200 kg barrels, 1,000 kg IBC tanks

  • Storage Conditions: Store in a cool, dry, and ventilated place. Avoid direct sunlight and freezing

  • Shelf Life: 12 months from the date of manufacture when stored properly
